Special Education Consultant
Institute for Children with Autism

We are seeking a Behavior Analyst to join our team! You will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans to clients in an individual or group setting.

Responsibilities:

• Fluent in adapting evidence-based methodology and procedures for students within school, home, and community settings.
• Ability to manage own schedule.
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Time management skills
• Provide training to school personnel, including direct care staff ,teachers, and support staff.
• Conduct group training for staff and parents
• Work collectively with administrative staff within a school setting.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in counseling, social work, or other related fields
• Experience in conflict resolution
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education:

• Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.

Licenses/Certification:

• BCBA NY LBA

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years providing Behavior Analytic services to children (ages 5 to 21) with Autism and other disabilities, preferably in a school setting.

Job Type: Independent Contractor Job, Full-time, Part Time

Salary: From $90,000.00 to $100,000 per year based on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday (school days)
