Job Title: Blender Operator
Location: Elma, New York
Pay: $21-22.60/hr
3rd shift, 12/hr, rotating
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Blender Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for mixing and batching raw materials for dairy products. Daily operations include filling material, restocking products, and following instructions clearly.
Responsibilities:
- Mix and batch raw materials for dairy products.
- Fill and restock materials as needed.
- Follow templates for mixing processes specific to the production line.
- Take measurements and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Essential Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in production, mixing, and blending in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong math skills and proficiency with calculators.
- Ability to lift 55 lbs. repetitively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in following instructions.
- Forklift operation experience preferred but not required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Blending or mixing experience (1-2 years) is a plus.
- Experience in food production and sanitation.
- Ability to operate machinery and perform cleaning tasks.
- Basic math skills.

Work Environment:
- The position involves working in a clean and well-organized food processing and packaging facility.
- The shift is 3rd shift (12-hour shifts) from 6pm to 6:30am, with a rotating schedule of three 12-hour shifts one week and four 12-hour shifts the following week (36 hours & 48 hours).
- Candidates need to be flexible with the rotating schedule.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.80 - $21.80/hr.
