Our client is a professional services firm. They seek a temp Career Advisor to join their Bronx, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Have clients complete intake packets and other paperwork
- Answer inquiry calls and emails from prospective clients
- Verify that intake paperwork is properly signed and uploaded
- Notify team members that a new client has enrolled in the program
- Reach 100+ new or prospective clients via phone and video calls
Requirements
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent client service abilities
- Organized with keen attention to detail
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Bilingual in Spanish or French preferred
