Job Details
The position is ideal for a motivated Attorney looking to enhance their career through direct contact with high-net-worth clients and hands-on experience in all facets of litigation.
Requirements:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to the New York State bar.
- 3-5 years’ litigation experience including: taking and/or defending depositions; appearing in court; drafting pleadings, motions and related submissions, and discovery demands and responses; and conducting legal research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and organizational skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Estate planning and administration knowledge will be considered a plus.
