The individual will provide comprehensive nursing and medical care to patients, adhere to organizational standards and policies, demonstrate adequate knowledge, judgment, and technical skills to ensure care plans and facility procedures are met. 
 
Responsibilities: 
 
Full scope of primary care for our geriatric patients within a nursing home in Bronx, NY. 
 
 
Requirements:

<li>Valid NP or PA license in the state of NY </li>
<li>Ok with nursing home setting </li>
<li>Great bedside manner </li>
