Associate General Counsel

Associate General Counsel (Revel Transit, Inc., Brooklyn, NY) Advise internal stakeholders in areas of litigation, data privacy & security, regulatory compliance, labor & employment (OSHA, Title VII, ADA, FMLA, ERISA & NYLL), product dvlpmt, IP disputes, tax law, & insurance. Advise on issues involving the NYC TLC. Reqmts: JD, LLM or foreign equiv deg; + 5 yrs of exp in position offd or as employment lawyer working in employment & labor law. Must have 3 yrs of exp as an attorney: working as in-house counsel at a transportation-focused co.; working as in-house counsel at an early or growth stage (Series A, B, C) startup company; & advise on legal issues rltd to provision of for-hire vehicle svcs regulated by the NYC TLC. Must be admitted to practice law in State of NY. Must visit Co.'s locs in Bed-Stuy (Brooklyn) & LIC (Queens) as needed, approx. 8x/month. Salary: $235,031.84/yr.
