Associate: Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates PC seeks an Associate Principal (Int'l Mixed Use High Rise Buildings) in our NY, NY location to conceptualize, create, design, & develop architect plans/strategies for int'l mixed-use high-rise buildings construction incl large-scale master planning, office, residential, retail, & hotel, through all phases. Bach degree or foreign equiv in Architecture, Architectural Design or related field req'd, & 5 yrs exp w/ conceptualizing, designing, & developing architect plans/strategies for int'l mixed-use high-rise buildings constrn including large-scale master planning, office, residential, retail, & hotel, through all phases; architect design, incl MEP sys, structural sys, vertical transpo sys, facade & curtain wall design tech details, taking into account code & zoning reqts, environmental regs, urban constraints & cities reqs for mixed-used high-rise build projs; preparing presentations through all phases using Adobe Creative Suite, incl Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign; utilizing Grasshopper plugin w/in Rhinoceros 3D to address designs in a computational manner; utilizing Revit software & its plugins such as PyRevit, Ideate Explorer, Rhino.inside.Revit, Enscape, or UNIFI & prepare complex 3D building geometry & associated model-based drawing sets through all phases.
