Direct Counsel is seeking a Contract Attorney or Staff Attorney with 1-2 years of experience in Corporate and Capital Markets to join the Structured Credit Team at a premier Am Law 100 firm in New York. This role is ideal for attorneys seeking to support a top-tier team specializing in structured finance and credit transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with offering documents, indentures, and other corporate and capital markets-related tasks
• Collaborate with the Structured Credit Team on a range of complex transactions
• Utilize strong word processing and Microsoft Word skills to ensure the accuracy and quality of deliverables

Key Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in Corporate and Capital Markets, particularly with offering documents and indentures
• Admission to practice law and good standing in New York
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and exceptional attention to detail

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $142,500 annually, with actual pay determined based on experience and other relevant factors.
