Adecco is recruiting for a Manufacturing Team Lead (3rd Shift) for a client in Syracuse, NY
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Line Lead to oversee production on the 3rd shift. In this role, you will manage a team of at least 10 direct reports and ensure that manufacturing operations run efficiently, safely, and meet high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and direct one or more areas of manufacturing, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Set up and operate all necessary equipment to produce high-quality products.

Inspire and motivate team members through strong leadership by setting a positive example and fostering strong working relationships across the company.

Train employees on the correct use of equipment, adhering to all standard operating procedures.

Oversee line/function operations to ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, GMP, and other applicable guidelines.

Maintain accurate logs for equipment, materials, and other production-related records.

Verify the materials issued for production and monitor for proper inventory control.

Handle rejected or returned materials, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.

Demonstrate keen attention to detail when identifying problems, gathering data, and making decisions.

Monitor department safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Consistently meet or exceed production goals and quality targets.

Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Maintenance) to meet production needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing practices and industry standards.

Proficiency with computer software such as spreadsheets, word processing, and databases.

Familiarity with office equipment, including computers, fax machines, copiers, and telephones.

Expertise in efficient manufacturing techniques, production scheduling, and supply chain management.

Experience operating specialized pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.

Attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well with colleagues, management, and external parties.

Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality.

Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret graphs and data.

Problem-solving ability and the capability to adapt to various situations and instructions.
Education and Experience:

Associate’s degree in Science or related field, or 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
