Mechanical Engineer Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of Mechanical Engineering experience—seeking a seasoned professional
• Proficiency in Excel, Solid Modeling, and Microsoft Windows
• Optics and Coating experience is a strong plus
• Strong project leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives

Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities:

• Partner with manufacturing teams to ensure efficient production processes
• Oversee projects and provide assembly support
• Lead preventative maintenance efforts and troubleshoot equipment as needed
• Serve as the primary resource for mechanical solutions at this location
• Consistently contribute to company goals while aligning with core values
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management
