Direct Counsel is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2+ years of experience in complex insurance coverage matters to join a highly regarded Am Law 100 firm. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a top-tier litigation team on high-stakes insurance disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex insurance coverage matters, including policy analysis, risk assessment, and litigation
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare briefs
• Manage document production and expert discovery
• Assist in trial preparation and strategy development
• Collaborate with partners, clients, and team members in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• J.D. or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts, New York, or Washington, DC
• 2+ years of experience in complex insurance coverage litigation
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $235,000 - $310,000, based on experience
• Bonus eligibility
