We’re looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician who can tackle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems with confidence and skill. You won’t be stuck behind a desk—you’ll be out in the field, keeping multiple facilities in top shape while enjoying the freedom of working independently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Traveling between multiple locations, ensuring buildings, equipment, and systems are in top working order

  • Troubleshooting and maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems

  • Performing preventative maintenance to stop problems before they start

  • Cleaning, calibrating, and replacing components to keep things running efficiently

  • Keeping track of maintenance records and equipment readings

  • Overseeing outside contractors to ensure quality work and fair pricing

  • Following safety protocols and keeping your workspace organized and hazard-free

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance or a similar field

  • Strong knowledge of commercial building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

  • Ability to diagnose and solve problems in mechanical, electrical, and control systems

  • Familiarity with computer applications like Word and Excel for tracking maintenance

  • EPA 608 Type II Certification (Universal Certification is a bonus)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • A valid driver’s license – you’ll be on the move between sites

Pay Details: 33.00 to 37.00 per hour
