Key Responsibilities:
As a Paraprofessional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational journey of our students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students based on their unique learning needs.
- Classroom Assistance: Collaborate with teachers to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
- Behavioral Support: Assist in managing classroom behavior and promoting a positive, respectful atmosphere.
- Resourceful Assistance: Utilize educational materials and resources effectively to enhance learning experiences.
- Data Tracking: Maintain accurate records of student progress and report findings to the teaching team.
Requirements:
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum educational requirement.
- Experience in Education: Previous experience in a classroom setting or working with students is a plus.
