Adecco is looking to assist our client in Lakewood with experienced powder coaters.
As a Powder Coater, you will be tasked with preparing parts for coating, operating the powder coating equipment, and ensuring the application of a uniform, high-quality finish. You will also work closely with the quality control team to ensure that all parts meet the required specifications.
Responsibilities-

Set up and operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns.

Apply powder coating to metal products, ensuring proper application and uniform coverage.

Prepare parts for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.

Monitor the coating process to ensure that parts meet quality standards.

Inspect coated parts for defects, making necessary adjustments to equipment or procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow safety procedures and work in accordance with company guidelines.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on coating equipment.

Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.

Pay Details: $17.50 to $19.50 per hour
