OKO Food, Inc. is a food company launching in May 2025, specializing in organic vegetable blends made in-house. Our products are clean, healthy, and sold in both retail and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels. We prioritize sustainability, organic ingredients, and innovative production.
Position Overview:
The Operations Manager will oversee production, inventory, logistics, and supply chain management for our soon to launch brand. You’ll drive operational efficiency, ensure quality control, and support the company’s expansion across DTC and retail markets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supply Chain management
· Manage demand plans, production schedules, and inventory to ensure timely production and delivery.
· Lead ERP implementation and optimize processes for scaling operations.
· Maintain LOT traceability, quality assurance, and compliance with organic, vegan, and food safety standards.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, R&D, and more to achieve company goals.
· Oversee logistics, freight coordination, and 3PL partnerships to ensure smooth fulfillment.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience in operations management (preferably food or CPG).
· Strong knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain management.
· Experience with organic certification, HACCP, and food safety standards.
