NATIONAL SALES MANAGER -
New York, NY
Leading U.S. nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets;
Monitor and analyze performance
metrics and suggest improvements; Maintaining data within proprietary Sales Management System ("SMS"); Prepare sales forecasts; Perform
research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities; Liaise with Marketing Departments to ensure brand consistency; Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention
of sales staff; Identify new producer candidates and integrate them into
our internal system and process;
Leadership through active coaching and development of staff while comparing sales results against sales
targets and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary. Travel
required to various U.S. domestic
client sites (25% of time). Property & Casualty License recognized in New York State required. Salary: $182,811 per year. Send resume to: Brian
