We are seeking a CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up, running, and monitoring CNC mills, lathes, Mazak machining centers, and other machinery and tools to machine parts to specification.

Primary Responsibilities:

<li>Track time and job status. Sign in and out to record machine activity. </li>

Qualifications:

Job DescriptionJob Summary: The Packaging Designer is responsible for creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing packaging solutions for a variety of products within the accessories division (legwear, bodywear, bags, hats) that ensure alignment with brand identity, consumer expectations, regulatory standards, and production requirements. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment on both the creative and technical sides of packaging to achieve company goals and enhance customer experience. Essential Functions (Including but not limited to): 
<ul>
<li>Create and design packaging for a variety of brands and product categories; bellybands, hangtags, boxes, and more.</li>
<li>Ensure packaging for each program reflect the design direction, brand’s identity, and customer/distribution requirements.</li>
<li>Create conceptual design boards and appealing presentations for internal teams (design, sales) and external partners (brands, customers).</li>
<li>Digital and physical packaging submissions to the license and/or customer for approvals.</li>
<li>Packaging development with multiple factories; detailed layout review, cost and lead time comparison, and sample execution to establish approved color and quality standards.</li>
<li>Prepare artwork, dielines, mockups, technical files, and production-ready assets for manufacturing.</li>
<li>Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure that packaging is produced to specification and within the required timelines.</li>
<li>Ensure packaging meets both aesthetic and functional standards before mass production.</li>
</ul>
Perform any other duties as assigned in support of the company needs and operations. Qualifications/Requirements:

<li>Bachelor’s degree in design or related area and some work experience in the design industry.</li>
<li>Highly proficient in MAC OS, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop </li>
<li>Experience in Graphic and Packaging Design and Development</li>
<li>High creativity and artistic abilities with keen attention to detail and ability to visualize in three dimensions.</li>
<li>Proficient computer skills to include Adobe Suite programs and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and workload efficiently and seamlessly and follow-up. </li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal skills as required for effective interpersonal communication. </li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team under critical time frames. </li>
