Position Overview
Data plays a central role in RootOne’s work – it directly informs our decisions and is the single most powerful tool we utilize to create substantive change within the field of teen Israel travel and education. By defining and measuring impact, and by working directly with trip providers and tour operators in utilizing data to recognize the strengths of their work as well as the opportunities for impact growth, RootOne’s research and evaluation efforts guide itinerary development, educator and staff roles and training, recruitment, innovation and so much more. Typically, RootOne generates 25-30 research projects each with their own research questions, instruments, analyses, and findings. 
Accordingly, the Director, Research and Evaluation for RootOne serves a crucial role within RootOne’s success. 
The Director is responsible for leading various research and evaluation efforts designed to:

<li>Maximize the long-term impact of immersive Israel travel on Jewish teens.</li>

**This job requires candidate to work on alternate shift. Week 1 (Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat - 7am to 7pm each day) &amp; Week 2 (Sun, Wed, Thu - 7am to 7pm each day)**
Role and Responsibilities:
The Technician will provide on-site support of the CD-SEM, overlay, and potentially other metrology tools in the fabrication (fab) unit. The selected candidate will work directly with metrology tool engineer and the operations team to build measurement recipes, troubleshoot tool issues, work with equipment suppliers on tool recoveries, communicate with operations to successfully move Work In Progress (WIP) though the line. The candidate will use on tool and laptop based software to generate design based measurement recipes.
Job duties include:
- Working with metrology tooling engineer and operations to maintain tool availability. 
- Supporting process team with POR and ENG recipe builds. 
- Maintaining a database of spec sheets associated with recipes on the tools.

Description:
The Process Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of process engineering in the development and scale-up of Cresilon's hemostatic medical devices. This includes but is not limited to, directing all process development, process scale-up, tech transfers, process validations, process improvements, and process implementation with Cresilon's internal manufacturing facilities, and at CDMOs. Critical to the individual's success includes the successful harmonization into existing facility engineering systems, procedures, and practices to ensure the proper manufacturing environment, in compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory governing agencies. They will also have some involvement in facility maintenance operations and facilities design/renovation especially as it pertains to process implementation. The ideal candidate will have expereince in chemical or polymer materials processing and experience in biotechnological applications. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Technology.
Job Responsibilities:

<li>Oversee all process engineering activities including process development/implementation process improvements, process scale-ups, process technology transfers, and process validations.</li>
<li>Play a lead role in technology identification, scale-up, and process characterization &amp; validation, including successful process transfer and implementation. </li>
<li>Act as a technical thought leader in process engineering, provide technical expertise and scientific leadership in leveraging process know-how across industries including biotech, medical device, chemical process, textile process and food processing.</li>
<li>Lead efforts to identify CDMO options to enhance organizational capabilities.</li>
